Founder James Hamilton to Transition to Board Member
Scott most recently served as president and CEO of PointRight, where his visionary leadership grew the company’s enterprise value, resulting in a successful acquisition for all stakeholders by a strategic health care technology company.
VitalTech Board Chairman Bruce Lawrence said Steven’s track record resonated with the Board of Directors during its national search for a new leader.
“Steven’s 30-plus year career as an executive with health care technology and services companies includes an impressive history of developing and implementing strategies and solutions that led to significant increases in market share, sales and revenue,” Lawrence said. “We strongly believe he is the leader our company needs to build upon the strong foundation laid by current CEO James Hamilton and further our vision of empowering patients and allowing health systems, payers, clinicians and care givers to manage their care.”

Current CEO James Hamilton, one of the company’s founders, will transition to serving as an active and engaged Board member. Hamilton praised the choice of Scott as his successor.
